Hydraulic Cement specifically made for borehole heat exchangers - High thermal conductivity (2,32 W/mK)
Thermocement is specifically made for geothermal energy to encase the borehole heat exchanger.
Thermocement mixed with water to a homogeneous suspension it`s easy to pump into the borehole to encase the borehole heat exchanger.
In the space of 2 hours the suspension has to be processed.
The analysis of the viscosity can be realised by a mash-funnel and a stop watch, the density by an areometer (hydrometer) or by a mud balance.
To optimise the efficiency in geothermal energy the kriteria for the suspension is provided as follow:
* Good contact to the geologic ground and the borehole heat exchanger
* High thermal conductivity (2,32 W/mK)
* Good flow velocity
* Less abrasive characteristics
* Environmental compatibility
