Filling-Level Sensor for pellets and powder with different grain sizes
Several types of fill-level sensors offered on the market for the special use on pellets and powder have difficulties with the detection of certain consistencies.
The outcome of this are various problems which aren’t answered by the products offered on the market.
Being confronted with the problem while developing a custom-made machine for a powder application we developed a new type of fill-level sensor.
The fill-level sensor consists of a sensor-body and a data-interpretation electronic.
Multiplicities of possibilities arise from the different profiles of specification on the market which we will meet specifically.
